In Mumbai in fact if you wish to go to ninth floor it's not allowed, cause seniors sit there. This is the only company in world where, in lunch time, senior mgt. NOBODY can touch it, so their is no second thought fm top mgt to take ANY decision....they won't pay a damn ,if u will say our competitors r giving this and that. They always say we r KING. I was in air cooler dept ( in fact I launched air coolers). But couldn't fight magt. Such a bad pricing direction, still I managed to create distribution network,but one fine day mr susbhash sharma ( v.p.) called ' u r fired'. That's it. No mail . nothing remember bakda kursi....lol. after air coolers went down and out. Now today u won't see cello coolers in Mumbai... I introduced another cos coolers in Maharashtra,gujrat, flipkart etc . I m highly rewarded then. salary was on time in cello.
