Working environment Working from office during covid POLITICS at every step. Data is manipulated by managers based on person to person. No ethics in this place... employees abscond or are sacked sometimes without any valid reason. No job security. People in management don't have any morals and ask for you do this and I will look after your promotion. Zero growth and horrible working environment...don't ever come here, if you are from MNC don't think of this....Read More

Not so good...waiting for better job to move from this worst company. Don't know who has given work certified award....is this given by paid awards

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
