Unfortunately nothing we can say about this company. Dirty politics.

Dislikes

- Nepotism at workplace - Lot of office politics -Managers ask money for promotion. It happens as well everyday. - Hr team consciously avoids any such thing. - No respect for employees and fired sometimes giving an excuse. - There are managers not knowing the process and being in this system for over a year .....what is happening then????? Management don't promote your known people and ignore good performance. - And work place certificate this organisation got because managers took it for all team members. Nothing positive we see here. Entire covid was asked to work from office. Workplace certified and they ask to come to office and ppl get affected daily.Still have to come to office

Dislikes

-Management is biased towards few individuals. Ask anyone who worked here. - No job security, atleast 4-5 ppl leave this organisation almost 2 weeks. They are sacked for no reason. -No proper training provided - Manager assign work to associate without support and go home. This really happen here. - Politics and regional feeling forpromotion. - Even managers ask money for promotion and if you report this, your promotion would be stopped....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
