No job security, no increaments are provided fake promises. Pressurized employees to post banner and good comments from their personal id's. No job security people who have been working since quite long just because they didn't favour the manager for wrong doers were forced to leave or were terminated.

Poor Salary No appraisal Employee gets fired without any prior information. You will not learn anything new that will help you grow in your career. If management feels, by firing you they will save 500 rs per month you will be fired. No job security. F&F amount won't be given to employees in promised time. Worst level of politics Most of the team leads are worthless they have no knowledge. Privileged leave are cancelled by management just before it comes. There is no management driven process. Every decision is taken by only so called seniors. If senior likes you, you are safe and if not, they will open the exit door of the company. There is no value of your work. At the time of appraisal they say we can't give you increment this and that. Even many employees got layed off at the time of appraisal. Try not to join this senior's company.
