You'll learn a lot. Because you'll be given a lot of work. For freshers it's okay. But for experienced I don't think they will want to be a part of this organization because here this is often see something that can be explained like this: "this is how it has been happening forever"

Long working hours. (9 productive hours and no break includes in this) EPF is not getting credited from a long time also both employees and employers part is getting deducted from salary. Gratuity deduction is another part which is not mentioned in the payslip but it is getting deducted from the salary. Changing salary account again and again. Management is very rude and not helping. They will state something else during the joining and will silently change the policy without letting you know about the policy Example we were promised during the hiring about appraisal policy that sounded really good but after 6 month they changed that policy and when inquired about they said it was from the starting. Upon digging deep they reduced the slab of appraisal to mere few thousand to the extent that the non performer and performer didnt had major difference.
