Not the company to continue for long as a career. Huge difference in the variable part and take home salary part. Incentives is the thing which no one can achieve in the company. Qpr and PLR are the things which is like the joke but your senior and hr tells that it is part of your salary. Also there is no petrol or food reimbursement. For discounts you have to rely on your manager .

There is 1 month training but you have to visit at distant sites and even after reaching the office you are forced to sit in office after 6:30 pm on the name of reporting even when you have already reported everything to the manager

It was truly bad experience to work with ceasefire, This is the company where illiterate people hold mid level management, They dont know about ABC of management and talk like we are like their servant... No Job security...Top management only listen to Mid level management...So problem still a problem...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
