Worst experiance in CBT ,havent get increment and once i left the organisation they havent provide my two months salery which is of notice period.Had talk them about salery but they even not recive call I suggest to everyone do not join this company they will destroy your career surely

either Freshers or Experienced Never join to CBT InfoTech. Main Reason why we are joining organisation is for money, but CBT is not paying salary on time. It has been completed at least 4 yrs Still the haven't my Final 2 Months Notice period Salary till now My suggestion Please don't join such organisation.

Dear Team, If you are trying to join CBT I will suggest you to not join this company because I have worked over there for 6 month 1. There is no job security any time they can remove just like they did with me even they not provide me Notice period of one month to find new job. 2. They Don't support there employee in which employee face alot of trouble in there day to day activities. 3. Forgot about appraisal they even not give you the confirmation after six month also. 4.alot of salary deduction do in name of other facilities and there no benefits at all. 5.even they don't pick up the call of employee after visiting the office we can meet to head person of the company. The company has policy of settling the FnF after 90 days. Even after completing 90 days and regularly following up with the HR, they had not sent my fnf for more that 3 months after my last working day. Salary day is 7th, which is pretty late.
