I am working in CAVINKARE PVT LTD handling 2 District distributors of company. Totally numbers of distributers 11 under MAHARAJGANJ & LUSHINAGAR. First distributers secondary target based on local markets achieve target and then after primary billing from SUPER. Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good and they give good salary against performances.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
