Job security is good unless you perform really bad... Easy to approach middle/ top management due to a flat horizontal org structure. Team mates are supportive as well.

Dislikes

Company is sales oriented organization with a process of weekly numbers leading to high stress and very poor work life balance.. Lack of growth opportunities in terms of work quality and financial growth is also missing.

Work Details

Decent company to start with...it provides a good platform to learn and gain knowledge. There is lot of work life imbalance due to company moving to permanent work from home setup.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
