Top management and owners are very good. Have lot of concern for employees. The chairman address every month to all employees, informs future plans, also takes Q&A session live and addresses directly.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
