As it's a midsize company, it's easy to learn all parts of business if posted in business finance. The growth curve is excellent.

Dislikes

There is no KT/guidance for any of the activities. There is not even handover of previous employees files. So every fresh recruit needs to start afresh and create a own format for all works/reports. The change in finance top management lead to washout of entire accounts & finance department within a span of 1 year. The number of resi gnations in the last 1 yr is around 15, only in F&A, due to enormous pressure<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Some left on their own and some were forced to leave which posts a huge threat for job security</mark>. Also there are no replacements for those roles, which increases the burden for the others. New CFO sets the bar at par with top level companies ignoring the process and technological difficulties. He imposes inconsiderable short timelines and puts you down at every instance he gets. There is no sense of appreciation from him for any works done ever. With implementation of work from home, the Work life balance is nil and we are forced to work on weekends also....Read More
