Pathetic,Cause If you are Unmarried, you Don't Have Children, You Don't have Social Life, Than Only you Can Survive, As per HR Team Half Day on Saturday and off on Sunday but no such things , Approval needed for WeekOff , also Duty Hours 10 to 8 No Compromise, Traveling time you have to manage in your personal Time , Don't Join , I am Working in this Company , but will Leave ASAP. During Covid - 19 company has been extremely supportive; not a shingle person has lost his job for the pandemic neither has anyone faced any deduction in Payout. Infact company rolled out a uunicated Salary hike with modest increments & all incentives were paid as per guidelines communicated earlier.
