Worse in one word! The company doesn't hire directly. It takes you in bonds through agencies which play you miserable salaries abd expect you to work for 8-9 hrs. Senior engineers keep on loading you with more work which feels like exploitation. Doesn't even support your infrastructure for work from home like other companies. Being a part of India Tech Center, you do not get any hands on experience which limits your knowledge build up only through call and discussions with your counter parts across the globe. The learning curve is pretty slow and there is no really good development program for young, fresh hires.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
