Team mates are good and friendly. Very poor management due to unskilled manager. No job satisfaction. No growth on knowledge. Treat employees like school students and the boss is the headmaster.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
