This is the only thing that's amazing here. No mail access for phones. Only supposed to get mails on laptop. No replies expected after working hours. Come on time...leave on time. Never asked to work on weekends unless the world is coming to an end.

Hving very unpleasant personality like roadside lalas and african breed with zero knowledge of market. 2.due to zero knowledge of Hod no growth and learning in last 7 year. 3. Worst IT infra and support 4. Incompetent and uneducated Japanese team with zero knowledge about Indian market but want to rule over Indians and feel Indians ment for slavery and treat them in same manner. 5. Marketing and planning teams are too much empowered. More than sales. 6. Front end team (sales) is very weak. Dominated by incompetent department head. 7.
