1. Scope of learning about the PLC & VFD panel, Electrical equipment. 2. 2nd & 4th Saturday with Sunday is off day, but needs involvements subject to work.

Dislikes

1. No job security. 2. Any time at any moment you may terminated subjected to fulfillment the needs of Employer by your performance. 3. This is a family business formed to company since 5 years (around). 4. As human nobody isn't perfect. If you supposed to fail in any task and seeking help from management then they use to tell you "if I've to do the needful then why we hired you". 5. No SOP. 6. Multiple time lack of fund, it effect on work and many more. 7.
