Internal setting promotion, Changing of behaviour to notice period employees, very poor in appraisal, silly quality score, favouritism.

The culture is good. You can talk to anyone about any query and not worry about what the other person will think if of higher hierarchy. The previous owners made sure this was imbedded in its culture

Over time things change and people change. You follow a set of ideas and then people who come in next tend to change that which might not be something you want as you grew with the company itself. Which all is fine as change is something which happens but when bias or selfish decisions are made and you are not used to it then you either leave or help change that which ever works.

Roaming on field in 46 degrees temperature and completing targets still you get to listen everyday. They don't even have their own office in any cities, they only have one office pan india and it is in navi mumbai
