Good Culture, good environment, friendly behavior nature of employee

1 . management will promise all the time that will solve your issue against anything but they will never do that. 2. This company says that if your relation is good with your manager then everything is fine else company will screw you. 3. Company increment policy is very bad, bad manager will spoil your career. 4. Management completely depend on department manager which is not good.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. TL saying words like because of you iam in loss there words hurts so not interested in continuity.. They all are selfish type people just a show off waste of stress comes being with such people. No holidays in emergency also they give and they make us to work in double.. They don't follow company culture just a show off waste

They will force you to work even at night and on weekends. If you try to highlight these things in the performance review, they will just say, "This is just expected from you." Managers are very biased. If they don't want to give good ratings, they will give you a very unrealistic expectation, and many will be added on the go. If you have other offers, please take those or leave in the first 6 months. The notice period is for 90 days. You will face many difficulties in switching with this 90-day notice period. At the start they will say that notice period is negotiable, but they don't decrease it. At the start they will also say we don't fire anyone, but I have seen many hard-working employees getting fired, literally for any reason....Read More
