I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Salary is good. Work life balance is also nice but depends on team you belong to.

Dislikes

Little exposure to grow since allmost all work is mechanical. Some of the higher managements have attitude which don't allow juniors to grow. Actual work and work mentioned in JD was totally different.
