Good startup where there is opportunity to learn with a market leader.

Dislikes

Long working hours with no job satisfaction and job security. No work life balance. Issue is with upper management who doesn't see quality of work but only after to display numbers end of the day to secure their job which results pressurising subordinates and to work longer expecting wonders to happen at the end of the day. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
