I had joined 3 years back, There is no growth in an organization. There is all politics now a days, they only promote to their loved ones and the ones they enjoyed their company. Appraisal in Cars24 are Big Zero, ZM's and TM's do not value an individual's. They only want is money. no employee satisfaction here at all.

Business model is very good.

Dislikes

No job Security. At any stage they fired you without any reason. If you are leaving your existing company to join cars24 don't do this mistake because they will fire you any time. Many of my colleague came after leaving their existing job but company given 1 month advance salary and asked to put pen & papers. What you show that you worked 2 or 3 or 4 months in your resume.
