The fellow employees are incredibly sweet, friendly and helpful. Good way to gain experience if you have no personal life, work-life balance, standards or mental health issues.

Dislikes

There is a lack of management or structure. The owners are a couple who barely show up to the office on a daily basis. They barely do any work and only slap their names on documentaries and tenders done by the employees. The pay is extremely low, work is 6 days a week (most employees also come in on sundays) and the owners don't allow leaves or WFH. Due to limited resources, (faulty ACs, limited editing systems and old computers) the deadline management is terrible. There is also a lack of respect towards the employees, the owner often goes rants and invalidates employees' mental health issues ("all children are depressed these days" and "ADHD is not real"), humiliates them, makes the women cry (I've seen 4 women cry in front of her in the last 6 months) and even yells. The pay is done via cheques and the employees are classified under freelancers, to evade taxes. Hence, no employee benefits are given.
