Likes

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are hood , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work Details

The job is quite interesting .I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learning everything on the job .I got chance to handle multiple tasks so that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
