To be very honest and frank nothing at all. Now you might be thinking why I stayed with the company for so long it was because I joined the company when I was badly in need of a job for survival I worked soon realised after joining this company never ever any good conpany approached me as here there was not learning at all and no skill enhancement so It was all stagnant. Had an hope things will improve done day n hardwork will be recognised and rewarded which never happened and finally when I was asked to put down my papers during pandemic I immediately did it .Better late than never ....Read More

It's a good company.. They are very supportive during covid. As all others have started to layoff, carnival is still a company where they are recruiting. So overall good work experience.

Only one thing i disliked about company is no youngsters most of employees are above 30.

The good thing about the company is they have not sacked any employees during the locked down and paying the salaries in the range of 20% to 75% from lower to a higher hierarchy level.

As far as my domain is concerned, the company is not matured enough to take the right decision in the long term perspective.
