Now work culture at CZI is very toxic. Most of the employees of CZI are unprofessional, uncultured, uneducated and don't keep there comments. They are destroying the prestigious position of CZI.

Zeiss is globally a people driven organization, where people matters but in last few years, the culture of India business and specifically HR team culture has changed drastically towards negative side.

HR team is now driven thru favoritism, irrespective how good you are at work, you do not have that work life balance, you would often see micro-management by some of the so-called leaders. people who are ready to say yes to everything are best employees for them in HR team. some of the most senior people (in HR) are involved in back bitching of peers. "When i have joined this organization. I can proudly say, my experience was sky high but with new leadership and then with addition of new team member thru referral and previous organization has killed the culture and lot of other people's life was made miserable so that we all resign, and their own people can replace us.
