Cargill company is nice but their seniors are worst, If you are new working women than this place is terrible to work here , they will tease you, bullied and torture uh at every single period of time, Be aware of manager Vikram tanwar he is worst manager , he always threatened uh if do this I will inform Hr, RSM, he will bully uh every second until you leave the job, he is always ready to pick out or errors and threatened uh emailing to HR for resignation, he will not give approvals for your genuine expenses, he will supports his team only , he will torture uh like hell, be aware of Vikram Tanwar...Read More

Cargill is one of the biggest Private Limited companies in the world with varied business interests. Cargill is an employee friendly organisation and has many policies which are pro-employees. Cargill paid 100% salaries to all employees, direct & indirect during the COVID-19 crisis with no lay-offs. One of the few companies which has employee's parents covered under its Medical Insurance plan.

Dislikes

Work environment changes with change in management. Opportunities for growth are limited since it is a flat organisation, even though Cargill is involved into many businesses that they can expose their employees to. It was known to be an organisation which gave job security but that's not the case anymore.

Can entitle the leaves whenever required and all Indian festivals holidays can be availed. We can apply for internal job postings irrespective of the teams. Can engage with different teams to enhance our knowledge.

Now a days there is no proper work life balance and more concentrated on cost cutting. Employer expected to work for more hours irrespective of the close. There is a no employee engagement concept and always concerned about the cost it self. If any of the colleagues leave the team no back filling is going to happen, burden has to be bear within a team itself.
