Nothing, if u want to be lazy with no ambition, then perfect.

Dislikes

Differences between top and bottom level. They made us realise we are too lower for them in terms of involvement in kind of process. Worst HR you will ever find. At least in bakery division.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
