When the employees were forced to move to a different company as few processes were outsourcing . The feel when you join the company and they move you to a different company , I heard only call centres did that before . The leader who has planned to outsource should have first planned to accommodate the same people in Cargill itself and could have just outsourced the process

The job is quite interesting in the initial stage it was all new to me but I picked up very soon and started to perform well and got experience in working on many things which helped to learn so many things around.

Cargill as a company is really doing great. Work life balance is awesome and a very flexible. But the issue is with the people around , hierarchy is not cooperative and the HR system is not great. No job gaurantee as they will throw you out anyime with some lame reasons and email proofs. Have come across many cases in a year.

Dislikes

They lag in technology, no much learning and no job security.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
