There is a lot of room for learning and exploring technologies, There is a constant pressure and the reward for putting in extra hours is , you get used to working in high pressure environment

management keeps on changing, need to prove each and every manager on your capabilities, achievements. Managers have no control over HR on retaining developers who are needed
