Likes

Legato is well cultured and good environment which I have never seen in my past any other company. Company is good with ethics and other beneficiaries employees needed. I have not seen any drawbacks in company planning wise infrastructure wise .

Dislikes

One of worst thing is internal hiring and internal growth. HR team and hiring team are failing to pick internal people and promotion . I may not be good for promotion or internal hiring , but there are other people who have good skills and potential, they are still struggle to reach or make to notify and recognize. Hiring from outside paying hike is better than picking inside
