Likes

Salary and appraisal is just an eye wash. The leave were not properly calculated, the work environment has gone down. The resources have been reduced. Employees are getting unhappy. They have changed their philosophy which they had in the beginning.

Dislikes

The concerned person won't respond to the issue you have. Salary calculation were the worst, you won't be even heard back asking for your own salary. After a series of mails and pressure they will respond but not resolve the issue. Initially there were lot of team outings, CMEs and celebrations , later all went null. Celebrations were not needed , agree to the fact, but CMEs to increase the skill they were stopped....Read More
