Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They cut the teachers salary by about 60% or more. In adiition to it, the management service people threatened faculties to terminate from the job if anyone asks for salary issues. Too terrific people they actually are.

The management system and their behaviour towards their employees. Such fraud people.

This company is good if you want to get a good start. The management is very supportive. They will guide you to learn everyday. The main problem is being a small organization growth is not there and and compensation is less.

I have worked with career point for almost 3 yrs. And I can say dafenately it is a good place to work and their is great opportunity for career growth.They give good salary hike every year and management is very transparent.

Frequent transfer is only thing I can say I do not like as it is very difficult to settle your self in new town.

There is not any respect for faculty from H.R...In the name of salary they just cut tds as per there rules and salary always not comes on fix times...They Take faculty test every month and I and on that basis they fix ur increment ...they don't see ur class performance.... Suddenly one day before they will tell u have to report next day....How one settle in a day at any place?....
