Don't expect loyalty from the management. People who know how to apply cream can sustain their. Real work and knowledge will not be useful in that place. Manager will say one thing to do and later he only will shout as, why did you do that. No professionalism, No work life balance, No hike discussion, No employee engagement activities. They feel employees are like labor and work only for money. They will not even show interest to listen to any suggestion, unless it is useful for them.
