I would not recommend people to work in this company, worst working culture, because of internal politics at top management people are suffering at ground level. Accounts people are showing much interest in ground level employees claims and showing up to top management that they are saving the money so they can save their jobs.

I'm credit manager at chola but thesuperiors sales was asking business so I tried but not possible here to do sales and collection and credit so I quit but company salry policy is good about PBT

No sympathy with employee and family, blood cancer is detected in my mother's blood just 2 months ago , she is under treatment and company is forcing me for transfer out of zone . I need some time to take care of mother but no one has sympathy with me and my mother . As welly performance is on growth.
