Only compensationn part is good.

Dislikes

there is lot of politics and the management doesnt care about employees and there issues. There is no formal training at the time of onboarding of employees fir new joinees. There is no sympathy for mid and frontline employees bg senior management. There is no HR policy for employees and HR function work with buisness function to harass the employees. The company has donated crores of rupees in PM care fund but has fired the employees with 15 days notice and taken forcefully resignation in tbe name of covid imapct on cash flows. The comapnt has made the profit in last year finacials and first quarter....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
