You will do night shifts.. some might dont like this.. and depends on role as well.. benifits in terms of leaves can be improved and for night people compensations can be improved..

Some of the mangers are very helpful and allows you to have that platform to grow yourself. Working hours were strict and a perfect work life balance was there.

1. Lack of technological aspect. 2. Policies are not employee centric. Hence, higher attrition rate.
