I liked the way training was scheduled and it has been executed and also the way of HR management .

Dislikes

I hadn't liked the way of putting pressure on employees even though they are new to the company and the way managers behaves it's really enough for anyones demotivation.

Work Details

The profile is of Business Analyst, basically the work is to convert leads to customers and to sell them the services of the company with different plans and also to have a quite small research of share market and then to assist clients accordingly.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
