This is very balanced company in all aspect. Good Work (Technical and Domain knowledge) The company takes very good care of its employees. Management is easily reachable Work Life Balace is also good. Compensation and benefits are quite good.

A lot of approvals are needed in order to perform changes to the production environment.

Very few / immaterial things to like

Poor company culture. You will not be explained about your tasks and directly put into it. Very high expectations which are unrealistic. Basically the work is such that there needs to be at least one month training to understand Business and the specific team you are assigned to. But I was directly put into the workstream and was expected to give great results.
