Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. CBSL is a good company for initiate the 1st Job, Teammates are good but career growth very poor, Salary given to employee is poor, Good salary only given to upper employees but it is good for starting the carrier, if you start at lower level you have to leave asap but if you start at upper level at company you can stay a long period.

Dislikes

Salary growth is very poor and treat like a kingdom not democratic, one man army, upper employees treat like a autocrat.
