You will be advised to work more than 14 hours to complete your task, They have mental health programs because they know there employees mental health is getting bad day by day. One day they will come and tell you shift to xyz department and if you refused to do so, you are out. Most of the employees habit is to do politics, I believe they train people how to become politician in the future.

The work culture used to be open and good earlier. Some of it is still present.

For a company that is all about Loyalty they don't appreciate employee loyalty in anyway. Work loads are consistently increased, when people leave replacements are not hired.
