Work culture is not as per expectations, Work life balance is completely not there, meetings will be in odd hours with no time limitations. Overworking culture beyond working hours without extra benefits. No hybrids complete work from office. Most important is No job security anytime anyone will be fired....Read More

I’m with BT for past 1 year and my total years of experience is 4 years. Now I have received an offer from Telstra with 26 LPA, what should I do? If I change this will be my 4 org within 5 years.
