Career growth is only based on the project you are working. Mine is an java spring based project. Its an legacy project. Initially I was working on xml based spring and jQuery application. Later tech stack changed to Spring boot angular application. PM and TL are very supportive. Work life balance is maintained.

Trainings are not productive.

It's a great place for people who wants to learn while working and transform themselves into a real leader.

Dislikes

I don't dislike Capgemini but it's Chennai (currently I'm working here) location is not a place for North Indians. So never come to Chennai. Also they keep new resources on Bench for quiet a good time like 6-12 months. Ultimately, not good for career.

Have good opportunity to learn but in few projects micro management has been on going which impacting many people in projects and mesmerizing people to go out of company.

Higher management is worst do not recognize work asks employees to extend working hours and cancel their personal works on holidays,levaes planned and asks for extend in weekdays. And gives no hikes.

The Team I worked with is very good and training I got also good but coming to work it was different like trained in java technology but they forced me to do testing. Appraisal it's like lottery though you worked in an excellent manner they will give worst rating ,no hike and promotion.

They do not bother about an employee life ,health and priorities. No work life balance.
