Can’t talk much about work environment as i worked from home only but still it was great, i would say it really doesn’t matter in which company you work but it is really the people you work with like your team members, manager and leadership, i was totally blessed that i got to worked with very good people. Again it was a blessing that even that i got to worked on very good project where I learnt trending technologies, so learning experience was very good. Work life balance is good and there was no micro management in my case. Companies are good, appraisals are fair but not according to market standards as per technology you are working on.. So overall a good company even good to start your career, but again it depends what kind of people you get to work with....Read More

Nothing, really nothing as I really got to work with best, cool and most kind people and they made my time at Capgemini wonderful, so nothing to complain. Coming to hike, i would say i was disappointed as it wasn’t as per market standards for the work i was doing🙁.
