The company should identify the persons who are willing to learn in various process and make the train instead of selecting the wrong and making more time for their training or transition process.

Though I worked on a different field for over 5 years and once I have joined in Capestart I was able to manage on a critical report and settled the account with various smart works.

I'm excited to give review about our Company. It is really feeling like working at the right place. Even during the Covid situation we never had any issue like down sizing. The work culture here is great. No micro management and our managers give full freedom for giving our thoughts, ideas and suggestion regarding the process. We also have ample good policies in our company. Recently they have started children school fees reimbursement apart from this we also have medical insurance coverage.
