Likes

Happy and proud to work in one of the fastest-growing IT companies in Nagercoil. Having worked in both the research and technology departments, I can say that there are lots of opportunities for career growth and self-development. The voice of the entry-level employee can be heard all the way to the top management.

Dislikes

A suggestion will be to add more amenities to the office infrastructure.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
