Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

Overall bed culture , who will be senior they will not respect experience and knowledge. How much have knowledge about our work they don't care. Only care about our job secure. I thik if cape will create our own portal for DPR with rate.just like aramco saudi. Then will become good. Otherwise cape will go down day by day. And i am shor once a day it will below at foot of his business.

The company management is very flexible with solving the workers personnel problems. They are updating the skill of new technology and giving more priority of workers safety. Mainly the payment is on time.

For the senior level staff salary is fixed. but need to work At lease 12 hours per day including weekend day. Because of satisfying the client we are getting more pressure.
