Your work life balance totally depends on the project Capco by itself doesn't involve in any good process establishment with the client . If you suffer , you are on your own . If you do well , you are on your own . Capco has a long way to go from just being concerned about getting billing ,to holding its own with the client like other reputed service based companies like infosys or tcs. If you are a hustler , like a challenge and want to be thrown into an ocean of client project with No KT and minimal help , then capco is the perfect place for you . Take the high salary they pay , join and earn respect of client . But if you believe in a process , want to do things and learn in a stable manner , not a good option ....Read More

Work depends mainly on clients. if the role is good, there is learning, else no. work life balance also tends to learn towards who you get as a client. poor bonus and hike culture. Bonus criteria is random, not given to everyone.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
