Pathetic management Non of the department is worth working in Capco Bangalore No systematic plan to expand the project Money minded people Request young freshers not to ruin their career joining in Capco Bangalore Half the employees are on bench without projects most of the times. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
