You can push yourself more than your limits. That much work you need to do right from bottom to top

You have to be attentive 24 hrs on whatsApp. If you read the msg late night and did not reply then it becomes big problem. There are no leaves, means you can't take unless someone dies. Whatever salary you get, you have to work twice its worth. When you resign, you won't get salary slip nor experience letter. I mean you have to follow up for 3-4 yrs to get it. I am working in this company from 4 months at Pune site on commercial project. As a PGET I face lots of difficulty but no one help to overcome. you have to face that difficulty and solve the problem. Company is good lots of new and advance project they actually execute so you get a lots of opportunities to learn. But remember no spoonfidding. Very poor management about staff so no work life balance if you are new, you should work 24 hrs a day till you get some better position in the company otherwise you have to resign the job or get transfer so less job security. Company only want work so it never think about you either you get facilities or not when you work for the company....Read More
