There is nothing to be liked about this organization.

They do not have any policies, the management run the company like a street shop and treat their employees like labour, before joining one must think atleast 10 times, they will force to sign a bond and once the appraisal period comes they want you to extend the bond eles no appraisal will be given. They deduct salary as per their mind, if management is in good mood particular person's salary will be credited or deducted without any reason. They do not have any such HR policies, HR are just to convey management messages, and do not have any answer to any questions raised by employees. No such exit policies for employees leaving the organisation and HR will not respond to your call or mail, once you leave the company forget about f&f and if you get it, it means you are blessed. In your entire work journey you will be threaten by management if you will not do this we will not give you relieving letter, or will add something wrong in relieving letter which will ruin your carrier. If you want to leave the company and you are in bond they will ask you to pay lakhs of rupees in cash to get the relieving letter. One of my colleague got laid off and given a time of 20 days notice and on his 18th day company got a project and they asked him to stay else he will not get relieving letter, since he has started finding job and got a job in first few days in MNC at good package but he could not join and lost the offer. Ye company fraud karke paisa kamati h, client ko chu**** banati h, apne hi employee ki fake cv bana kr as a free lancer projects lato h or employee ko force krti j client ke samne role play karne ko with a different name and credentials. Ye bas client ko loot lete h or employee ko choos lete h, inki HR team bhi ghatiya h ekdum, inhike isharon pe nachne wala manager h HR ka. HR sirf actors h jinko ye pretend karna hota h ki this company is very nice, safe and secure with great work lofe balance. This is a rediculous organisation. They're firing out people who even came on sundays to complete the projects timeline but they fired them by saying that there is performance issue. They're firing many employees because they don't have enough projects to sustain their salary (obviously they have but the CEO income should not go down) . In place of the employee they are hiring intern in 6k to just sit there and fill the office space , by doing this they want there office to display as full of employees to showcase fake image in front of others. HR tean here casually announce fake walk in interview and make trouble for 500 new comers, just pretend they are hiring but actually they're not. F*** this company f*** you canopus.
